When exercising good movement & full range of motion is vital if you want to be effective at running, lifting weights or playing any sport, but more so in your everyday life, as spending long hours at work, particularly the desk bound jobs have a massive effect on our bodies & posture.
One of my qualifications & passions is the N.A.S.M CES (Corrective exercise specialist) I’ve been doing this since 2007 & have picked up many other additional skills to complement & add to a full postural assessment to help clients not only see imbalances but help correct them by using A.R.T type techniques assisted stretches, Myofacia foam rollers sessions , video analysis of PT sessions (via Drop box OR USB stick) & functional programs for clients to do in their own time.

POSTURAL ASSESSMENTS ARE NOT ONLY USEFUL BUT ESSENTIAL FOR CORRECT BIO-MECHANICAL MOVEMENT.

All four of these assessments are recorded with video then broken down into still shots, as seen above for you to better understand what's going on with your body’s movement, from you possibly standing & leaning to one side without being aware of small habitual patterns, to rotation when bending or flexing & weakness, through lack of range of motion in upper or lower body.
